Our baby centre is a lovely open plan building catering for babies aged 6 weeks- 2 years with a separate sensory room, dedicated sleep room, 3 playrooms and a lovely sheltered garden available for access all year round and air conditioning in each room.
The baby room carers give each child opportunities to take part in a variety of stimulating activities based on their own individual interests, age and stage of development, they do this by closely observing the children and taking the time to get to know each child.
The children do a range of activities each day including, cooking, painting, malleable play, sensory play, sand and water play as well as role-play, story and song times and much more!

In our baby centre we provide all meals, snacks, drinks, nappies, wipes and formula milk- should they need it.
We have a separate sleep room that allows us to follow the routine of each individual baby and provide them with a quiet, calming environment to have their naps throughout the day.
Our nursery is set in a large Victorian building over 3 floors with ample space for children aged 2 years- 5 years with 9 play rooms, a separate soft play room and sensory room, 2 separate bathrooms making the potty training process a smooth one, a dining room and kitchen perfect for cooking activities and a large garden with free flow access from our pre-school floor.
Our 2-3s room provides a stimulating environment for children to learn, develop and feel safe and secure whilst at nursery. We focus on developing the children’s self-help and independence in this room and spend time on making potty training, dressing, feeding and communicating fun for all children alongside their parents. Practitioners care for no more than 4 children at any one time and each child will be assigned a key carer who will work together with the parents to build the independence of each child. Preschool have structured activities during the day including circle times, music and movement and cookery- all preparing them for the transition to school whilst also allowing for free play and free choice- encouraging independence, sharing skills and forming bonds with their peers.
Our Pre-school children have a large double room, including a conservatory and separate art room on the ground floor giving them free flow access to the garden, toilets and other rooms available. Within our Pre-school unit, we have a qualified team of carer’s that specialise in the care and learning of Pre-school aged children, including our room supervisor who is a qualified teacher.
We allow for free play and free choice- encouraging independence, sharing skills and forming bonds with their peers.

The requirements of the Statutory Framework for the Early years Foundation Stage (EYFS) 2012 and Development Matters Foundation Stage, are worked and fulfilled within our nursery. Our members of staff observe, assess, plan, develop and implement a range of learning experiences for each child, which is dependent on their age and stage of development. The professionals teaching and supporting your child will make sure that the activities are suited to your child’s unique needs.
